By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the practices described herein.

Analytics (Ham Exam Path)

Ham Exam Path uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google, to understand how the app is used and to measure which advertising campaigns bring people to the app.

What is collected. How you use the app (screens opened, lessons and practice exams started and finished, exam scores and pass/fail, when the Pro screen is shown, and Google Play purchases), a random app instance ID created when the app is installed, your device's advertising ID, and basic device information (device model, Android version, app version, language, and an approximate country derived by Google from your IP address). We do not collect your name, email address, account, the answers you choose, the Android ID, or hardware identifiers such as IMEI or serial number.

Why. To improve lessons and exams, to see where people stop using the app, and to measure our Google Ads campaigns. The data is not used to show you personalised ads.

Legal basis. If your device's region setting is in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics only runs after you tap "Allow" in the app (consent). Elsewhere we rely on our legitimate interest in improving the app; you can object at any time by switching analytics off.

Your choices. In the app, open About → Privacy and turn off "Share usage analytics". This stops collection and resets the app instance ID. It does not delete data already collected; that data is deleted automatically after the retention period below. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Retention and sharing. Google keeps analytics data for 14 months. Google processes this data on our behalf; we do not sell it. Data is encrypted in transit. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Security & Retention

We implement reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online transmission is 100% secure. We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
